Reservation

Upon the client’s signature and payment of the reservation deposit, Nike Ossler Production will secure the agreed-upon shooting date(s).

Payment

The client agrees to pay a reservation deposit to retain Nike Ossler Production for the specified services. The remaining balance is to be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement.

Cancellation

The client may cancel up to three (3) days before the scheduled shoot and receive a full refund of the deposit, provided written notice is given to Nike Ossler Production. This policy accounts for the potential loss of other bookings.
In the event of cancellation by Nike Ossler Production due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposit or advance payment will be refunded in full.

Copyright & License

Nike Ossler Production retains full copyright ownership of all created materials. The client grants Nike Ossler Production the right to use and publish the materials for portfolio, self-promotion, and advertising purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final video and photographic materials for their intended purposes.

Deliverables & Storage

Nike Ossler Production will retain the client’s RAW footage for six (6) months after final delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their final selection meets their needs, as additional edits or exports after this period may not be possible.
